Each step makes clear what we need from you and what we deliver. Start by describing the problem; we arrange the file transfer together.

    Agree on scope and transfer

    From you
    Provide context during the introductory call. Transfer the file through the agreed secure channel.
    From us
    We confirm scope and price. The fixed price covers one xlsx/xlsm with up to 15 sheets, 10 MB and 1,000 lines of VBA.

  3. Report within 5 business days¹

    We review the workbook

    From you
    We have your workbook and introductory answers. We clarify any remaining questions with you.
    From us
    We map sheets and formulas, assess findings and prepare a remediation plan with time and cost estimates.

  4. 30-minute call within 14 days of delivery

    Review the findings together

    From you
    Decide which further work makes sense for your business.
    From us
    We explain the findings and recommendations. You can commission us to carry out repairs or use your own maintainer.

¹ The period starts once we have received the workbook, sent the confidentiality declaration and received your introductory answers.

Report timing

We deliver the report within 5 business days of receiving the file, sending our confidentiality statement and obtaining answers from the introductory call. A 30-minute review call is included and arranged within 14 days of delivery.

Follow-up work

Follow-up work is billed at CZK 2,500/hour excl. VAT, with a minimum engagement of CZK 25,000 excl. VAT. If ordered within 60 days of report delivery, the full diagnostic fee is credited.
