Frequently asked questions

Can you repair the file too?

Yes. Following diagnostics, we agree the scope and price of repairs, documentation or macro changes. Repairs are a separate follow-up engagement.

What if we want to replace Excel?

We prepare an application specification covering rules, data and validation. We can also develop the application by individual agreement.

Can you recover every damaged file?

We cannot promise that. We focus on old, complex and difficult-to-maintain business spreadsheets. If your file cannot be opened, we first assess the options and scope of help.

Should we send the workbook now?

Please describe what you need first. The form does not accept attachments; we agree secure transfer after sending our confidentiality statement.
