When documentation helps
When handing over responsibilities, changing maintainers, preparing for a review or planning major changes. Recording the logic in advance helps when the original author is unavailable.
What the documentation includes
Inputs and outputs, a calculation map, explanations of key formulas, macro descriptions and instructions for recurring tasks. User instructions are separated from maintenance information.
Pricing and getting started
The review costs CZK 19,800 excl. VAT (CZK 23,958 incl. VAT). We invoice after delivery, with payment due in 14 days. No deposit is required.
Follow-up work is billed at CZK 2,500/hour excl. VAT, with a minimum engagement of CZK 25,000 excl. VAT. If ordered within 60 days of report delivery, the full diagnostic fee is credited.
