We help you decide whether to improve your Excel file or replace it. We prepare requirements and development specifications and can build the application by agreement.
A basis for the decision
We consider data volumes, user numbers, repetitive manual tasks, access requirements and your IT environment. The recommendation may be to retain Excel with targeted improvements.
A specification your team can use
We document user roles, workflows, the data model, calculation rules and acceptance criteria. Your supplier can use the specification, or we can develop the application by agreement.
Planning the transition
We define the target design, result comparison, data handover and transition into operation. Migration is quoted individually against an agreed scope.
Pricing and getting started
The review costs 799 EUR excl. VAT. We invoice after delivery, with payment due in 14 days. No deposit is required.
Follow-up work is billed at 99 EUR/hour excl. VAT, with a minimum engagement of 999 EUR excl. VAT. If ordered within 60 days of report delivery, the full diagnostic fee is credited.
